Returns & Exchanges


AUSTRALIAN RETURNS

For health, safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and exchanges for earrings or any other jewellery that has been worn.  

We do not offer refunds, exchanges or store credit on any sale items or due to change of mind. 

Please fill out the returns/ exchange form and lodge it back to us via email. If your order qualifies for a return or exchange, our customer care team will authorise your return and advise on how to proceed. 

If a request is not lodged within 14 days of the original purchase, it will not be eligible for a return or exchange. All returns and exchanges will be at the customers expense and must be returned in their original condition, undamaged, unworn and properly secured in the Zora packaging provided.

Store credits are also available in substitute of an exchange.

Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

We accept all international returns within 30 days of delivery. If you are returning a product please inform us by emailing zoradesigns@outlook.com. If a request is not lodged within 14 days of delivery, you will be ineligible for a refund. 

Please return all unused items enclosed in a padded bag or box for safety. For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for pierced earrings. All sale items purchased, including sample sale pieces, are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or return. Postage will be at the buyer's expense. We recommend using registered/trackable post as we do not hold responsibility for lost packages.

REFUNDS

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 14 business days of your item being received by Zora Designs customer care. Alternatively, you can choose to keep store credit by letting us know in your email.
